Funnelforms – Great Concept, but a UI Nightmare for Developers
Funnelforms promises an easy way to create interactive forms, but for developers, the reality is quite different. The UI is bloated, packed with styles that are difficult to override. If you want to customize the design properly, you’ll quickly hit a wall—preset styles take over, and changing them requires tedious workarounds.
A lightweight, vanilla JavaScript version would be ideal to give developers more control. Instead, you’re forced to deal with a rigid structure that makes customization a headache. This is clearly visible on most websites using Funnelforms—the design looks almost identical everywhere simply because modifying it properly is incredibly difficult.
