I didn’t wanna write this but ima have to, I ordered grillz in late December. I got my package with the kit, and they said my mold was not good enough. But to make it worse they took FOREVER to respond each time. I would text them, boom an hour later, finally a response, then I go to text back in less then 2 minutes, just for another hour to pass for them to respond? And that had happened EVERY TIME I’ve tried to text them. But the second time I mess up the mold with the extra kit provided. I send it to them, IMMEDIATELY they answer with “the mold isnt good enough, you can buy another pair of molds at out store!” I was devistated, I check and the thing is 50 bucks?! So I go to Amazon and buy a 3 kit there for the same amount of money, AND it came the next day. It’s been about a good month though before I ordered a new mold kit because I am a 15 year old, I don’t have a form of income. But I do the exact same thing, but each time it was NEVER GOOD ENOUGH and as always they took HOURS to respond, and they responded to me actually at 2am at night? Literally 5 hours after I texted them. Just for none of the molds to be good enough either. But I did exactly what they said, I GOT THE GUM LINE, I DIDNT MOVE, I PUSHED IT UP AND DIDNT BITE DOWN ON IT. and what frustrated me was how vague there instructions were. 1 sentence horrible instructions. I am so mad that they take all of my money but it’s never enough for them. I really just want my 3 front grillz. Idk why I needed a whole mold of my teeth just for the front 3 teeth I’m not getting full grillz it’s just 3 in the front left it shouldn’t be that hard bro to answer your customers and give good service. Never buying from them again if I get my grillz anytime soon

The internet is working, the reason I am giving them 1 star is because their customer support staff is absolutely useless. My contract was free for three months, then it was supposed to be £33.00 for 2 months from February and then increase again. They charged me £46.00 in December - contacted VM, raised a complaint - they put the £46.00 in credit although I specifically and repeatedly asked for it to be refunded. I chased them 3 times to no avail. February now - I get a message that I will be charged £13.00 for this month’s invoice (£46.00 in credit - £33.00 the bill = £13.00 in credit where I did math…not that I still owe them £13.00!?!). I contacted suport again - 75 minutes I tried to explain the situation and how I should still have £13.00 in credit. The rep kept on saying that they will be waiving the £13.00 as a gesture of goodwill …75 minutes…needless to say I left the chat cause I had other things to do as well but I still need to sort this out and I am tired of wasting my time. Not for the £13.00 but I am sure every month will be the same problem until the price stabilises at least. I was thinking of raising this with Trading Standards but I don’t know to what extent they could help beyond making a note of poor customer service.

My account with Blue Guardian was closed due to an alleged Daily Drawdown breach, although according to MetaTrader 5, the Daily Drawdown was not breached. At the official daily reset (5:00 PM EST), my MT5 equity was USD 102,464.70 (screenshot available). With a maximum Daily Drawdown of USD 3,000, the correct Daily Drawdown limit for that day was therefore USD 99,464.70. During the following trading day, my losses — including slippage, swap charges, and commissions — did not cause my MT5 equity to fall below this level. All trades were executed with stop losses in place. Despite this, the account was closed, apparently based on an internal dashboard calculation that does not match MT5 equity data. So far, I have not received a clear technical explanation specifying: the exact equity value used, the exact timestamp, and whether MT5 or an internal system was used. For a prop firm, I expect drawdown rules to be applied transparently, consistently, and based on the trading platform (MT5). In this case, that standard has not yet been met. I hope this issue will be reviewed and clarified by the Risk/Compliance team. And the customer service Agent called "Cupoftea" is rude and this anonymus behaviour speaks for itself.

The Vanilla shake is ridiculously gritty when finishing the last few mouthfuls. I have actually had to reach for water to get rid of it as it’s make me cough heavily. I always drink the shakes within a few minutes. I’ve tried chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. The vanilla is the worst. Also at the bottom of the white cup I use are very small bright blue spots. Look like something from washing powder. Not sure what that is. I definitely cannot drink any of the flavours without them being dissolved in skimmed milk. They also give me horrific bloating and wind. Which is uncomfortable and embarrassing. The only good thing is they are less sweet than some other brands. You have to use 5 scoops were other brands use three. Hence getting through the packets much quicker. I’m not that impressed. I didn’t loose much weight despite having one for breakfast and lunch and then green salad and fish for tea. So not great.

I use their service a lot to buy general stuff, however this one time I was scammed by a seller who was listed when I tried to buy a game, legitimately labelled 'Game' on the eldorado page but when I purchased they handed me an empty microsoft account created couple minutes ago and marked it as delivered I disputed with eldorado however they auto rejected and sided with the seller. I tried to contact them in many ways but I was ignored, it was luckly only a 1£ account but if it was any higher I wouldn't know what to do They won't protect you from being scammed! So be careful with what you're buying their support is unreliable too they often just send automatic responses denying your claims etc. I don't really get what's the point of tradeshield if they let this happen on their on platform, just be careful if you're a buyer

I have my Genesis GV80 Coupe in at Castle Hill Genesis / Hyundai for differential replacement at 10k - 🤨 You would think with spending over $100000 you would not have such issues but unfortunately this is the real world these days. I have rung several times for updates but service to call back with any updates have been zero - my Nissan is so much better with service updates - the Genesis is such a lovely car but service department is dreadful, anyway I’m still waiting on a call back from my latest message I left earlier today but that has not happened. Love the car but may buy a BMW next time as they have better customer service. P.S They did supply loan car GV70 but gave it to me empty so I had to get fuel straight away which wasn’t convenient as well !

I not happy about the I return the sneakers but they refuse to give refund and NIKE sneakers I was not happy with because is a FAKE and I return it in time since last year December they don't want to refund me they keep on telling me that after 48 hours you will get the refund till today they even charge me the collection money for order but today they I didn't not return within 21 days but I return it in 7 day Fashioncrip is a BIG SCAM when you chart with them they are not responding they took 2 days to respond their Phone is ringing with no answer they SCAMMED me till today waiting my refund they said I must but they will not refund it

Quick shipping, great price, tens pods for free, excellent compression. I can’t recommend enough. As a professional ballet dancer these compression boots are so helpful. The compression is fantastic. The only thing I would recommend is sizing up so that your full legs are compressed. I’m 165 cm and got a size small but would go for a medium next time. Would also love a full compression mode, but I’m very happy with this purchase. The tens pods were also an amazing addition. I love that they are wireless. 10/10 would recommend.

If you buy from Vevor, hope that nothing goes wrong because customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My shipping address didn’t get changed, so my order went to my old house. They refused to help me besides giving me a small credit, not even close to the amount of money I’m out. They could have called UPS but I guess they couldn’t be bothered. What they did bother with was rude emails. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation; buy from somewhere else. Any minor price difference is worth getting good customer service.

Absolute joke of a company. Trainers didn't have a clue what was going on, stand in trainers last minute, couldn't find the information that they were supposed to be teaching, out of date material being used, didn't understand the package that they were supposed to be teaching, spoke very little English and couldn't be understood by some students, an absolute waste of time and effort. Frustrated at the end of each day, Quit the course because of their incompetence.

PC Mastercard sent my log-in code to my Gmail. i usually have the code to my cellphone. When I was unable to access my Gmail, PC locked my account. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact customer service, but only received an AI voice "assistant." It told me to call back during business hours. Why don't they have 24/7 customer service reps like other C/C companies? I will pay off my balance and cancel the card. I am sick of dealing with this company.

We wanted to do the M&S meal deal but once the main was in my basket it must have gone out of stock as removed. So I did not get the deal and paid full price for each individual item. I contacted their customer support and spoke to Annabelle who has been absolutely useless. I wish I had checked the other reviews first. I expected more from a “premium” food store.
