Since I do not know if Quicken is a full database or just a single table, I am interested in downloading (converting) transactions to a CVS file. Quicken cannot do this at this time and there is no ODBC driver available.

According to the main description of the software, you can convert the following file formats to CSV:
QIF: Quicken Interchange Format (contains data about transactions)
QFX: Open Financial Exchange (data stream format for exchanging financial information)
