Product Images - We have found that the best way to ensure product images look their best is to submit images which are 860 x 694 px in dimension. We also ask that users don't composition their photos so that the products are close to the bottom of the image since that is where we do our cropping, if necessary.
It's best to keep some background or white space around your product.
Product images must be at least 926px wide.
We also suggest to upload one or two images at a time (not all 6 at once) to avoid server time outs. Optimizing images for the web, before uploading them, is also recommended.
Each product page has a "zoom" feature, and the bigger the image you post, the better detail can be displayed for potential buyers.
Avatar image must be 300 x 300px. Please review your image and update if necessary.
Page Banner (Optional) - Width must be 713px.

- Missing some products? See if you put them "On Hold". Each product listing has "Product Status" drop-down on the Edit page.
- Going away on vacation?
Use our "On Hold" Feature for Creator Exhibits. Read the post >
You will not be charged subscription fee for products with status "On Hold".
- Sold Products will be automatically put "On Hold" and removed from your Creator Exhibit page (unless you specify that you accept requests for custom orders). In this case, your products will appear with the sign "Sold. Now accepting Custom Orders."
- Your Screen Name doesn't have to be one word. You can have spaces and capital letters in it. When we create your Creator Exhibit URL - we will then strip out spaces and all other unsupported characters. You can also change your Screen Name any time under My Profile. Read the post >
- To save time, clone your products!
You can submit 1 product and then clone it to add others by using a link at the bottom of all product pages. Just make sure you make the changes on the cloned products or they will all look the same.
- Best way to accept payments online is through PayPal. Register Business or Premium Account for free.
- Currency Exchange Rate - If you need to get an idea on the currency exchange rate, please click here.
- By the way you can set your Exhibit Currency under My Profile.
