In the table below there is a requirement for Vehicle Density. I wonder what is this density in Metro Manila. I believe it should be a high value since Metro Manila is a highly populated place. Anyway the main topic is here about C-V2X and use case.
As I am searching for a tool for my academic study, I looked for several simulation tools to do modelling for Vehicular Communication. I was looking for Veins Simulator which based on Sumo and Omnet++. But I found it difficult than look for VSimRTI. VSimRTI is java based and I was thinking the most optimum tool for me. I even got a license for my education study but not able to work on very well honestly. Than later some time I found out the Eclipse Mosaic Framework and I got excited. Because it is open community anymore. Which is good for me for academic study and also the main advantage is the framework is part of Eclipse foundation anymore. I believe this will make Mosaic Application more bigger and useful. The main advantage for me are those two items;
Eclipse IDE
Java runtime
I think I can succeed with these two powerful tools on my academic study. I am excited to work on about Vehicular Communication and traffic modelling.
Currently I am downloading the simulator and needed SUMO application. I think I can prepare a development environment on my Windows 10 laptop which is an advantage for me. Actually I was thinking to prepare a Linux Ubuntu machine if needed. Indeed I already dedicated a 500GB HDD for an Ubuntu machine. I am just not confident to use a virtual machine.
As I get some progress about the simulation framework, I plan to have more post about this. Currently busy for downloading and installating. 🙂

Flutter is UI Toolkit to develop application both iOS and Android. According to introduction from the website flutter.dev here is the complete statement, “Flutter is Google’s UI toolkit for building beautiful, natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase.”
I also watched the video here on this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9ceqw5Ny-4 that gives details about great features of Flutter. Flutter makes me excited because I am developing an Android app nowadays for an enterprise level with kind of POS application and I was thinking what If I will be needing an iOS app doing the same jobs. Of course it will be required another environment setup, different language etc. In my case the Android app is for a specific IPDA device with its own built-in printing and scanning devices therefore definitely I won’t be needing an iOS version of it. Actually I found the Flutter with I was looking for a more elegant way of UI designing. Honestly when I am developing mobile app for IPDA, my challenge is to design UI activities of the application for smooth functionality. I believe it is very important also for the user the visual design of the application. So I believe Flutter will help me to accomplish the visually make beautiful my app.
