Apache James as mail server.
It seems the project is useful however there are really limited resources.
The example on the link below somehow worked and I am able to use it;
Looking for more example and tutorials.
As I find the resources, I will be editing here.
The video is really a good motivation to use James as a mail server because there is completed reference project

I’ve tested Apache James on the local but unfortunately I could not make it work on AWS. For my initial experience, it is hard to setup mail server on AWS. For security reasons, there are many controls.
The last option could be a paid program for the AWS Workmail or using a Webmail in another hosting services for low cost.
And lastly there are options on AWS marketplace for mail server. I did not experience those.
