The full suite contains several components, each with its own dependencies. Further, there is a growing number of Mathics3 add-ons.

To simplify getting everything, we provide this Docker container.

That image is a combination of:

• Mathics3 core⁠: Mathics3 core engine
• Mathics-Scanner⁠: WL Character Tables and Mathics Scanner
• mathicsscript⁠: Command-line Mathics Interface
• mathics-pygments⁠: WL Syntax Highlighting
• Mathics-Django⁠: Django-based HTTP server
• mathics-threejs-backend⁠: Graphics3D rendering using the Javascript threejspackage
• Mathics3 Module natlang⁠: a Natural Language Processing add-on
• Mathics3 Module PyICU⁠: International Components for Unicode for Mathics3
• Mathics3 Module Network graph⁠: A Graph add-on based on NetworkX⁠
• Mathics3 Module trepan⁠: A Mathics3 debugger based on trepan3k⁠
• trepan3k debugger extensions for Mathics3⁠: Extensions to trepan3k debugger⁠ for Mathics3
• The Mathic3 reference manual⁠ specific to the code in the container

To shorten typing complex Docker commands, you can use one of the following scripts from the GitHub repository⁠ repository:

• dmathicsscript: enhanced command-line interface
• dmathics3-tokens: a diagnostic tool for showing how the Mathics3 scanner tokenizes text input
• dmathicsserver: a Django-based web server
• dmathics: a stripped-down command-line interface
• dmathicssdoc: runs a PDF viewer, evince⁠, which can view the generated reference manual in PDF.
• dmathicssdoccopy: copies the generated reference PDF manual out of the container and into the host filesystem.

These are also installed when you install Mathics-omnibus⁠ from PyPI

After running dmathicsserver, point your web browser to http://localhost:8000⁠.
