Apache Pulsar⁠ is a highly scalable, low latency messaging platform running on commodity hardware. It provides simple pub-sub semantics over topics, guaranteed at-least-once delivery of messages, automatic cursor management for subscribers, and cross-datacenter replication.

For local development and testing, you can run Pulsar in standalone mode⁠ within a Docker container.

Pulsar offers client libraries for Java⁠, Go⁠, Python⁠ and C++⁠.

⁠Deploying Pulsar on Kubernetes

Pulsar can be easily deployed in Kubernetes⁠ clusters, either in managed clusters on Google Kubernetes Engine⁠ or Amazon Web Services⁠ or in custom clusters⁠.
