I am Dr. Virender Kaushal did Ph. D. in Management from Himachal Pradesh University Business School, Summer Hiil, Shimla situated in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Currently i am teaching in University College of Business Studies of Himachal Pradesh University. My specialised areas is CSR especially and also concerntrate on multidisciplinary research.
I did MBA in HR and MARKETING and M.Com. I had qualifed NET in both Commerce and Managemet and had JRF in Management Stream. I also did PG in Tourism, Airlines and Hospitality Management, PG in Journalism and Mass Communication, PG in International Busniess Operations, Two Years Diploma in Computers and Telecommunication, Diploma in E-commerce, Bachelor in Business Administration.
We are also running an NGO named Pratibha Spandan. I hold the position of General Secretary in the Pratibha Spandan and we are organising various events related to research and stduents welfare and social welfare. we also organise musical events and had a team of specilaist with us.
