Well, much has happened.
First of all, thank you all for your offers of help. As always, I am humbled by the show of support from the fandom. Our funding has increaded to cover 6 months, so that aspect is good.
I said I am tired, but I have always been very conflicted about letting go of the archives. They are like my children, and I would miss them if they were no longer "with me." However, they are in need of a serious overhaul, with their software needing to be upgraded to a better, less buggy version of e-fiction. That is something I am incapable of doing.
For the time being, I am going to keep entries closed on both archives and find someone who can do the necessary updating. Thank you for sticking with me.
