Just a listing of all the currently pressing fandom things I started/signed up for.

Rewatch. Every week for like, what, the next four months or something, plus chat. <3
Ihikago Podfics. Four of them.
GW Gift Exchange. ...Haven't even started it, but I'm pretty sure I have an idea I can dump in one sitting when I'm feeling it.
Remix. Pretty sure I've picked the fic I'm remixing already, but still only have shadowy ideas floating around. Soon, it'll come clear.
BG. I'm working on two fics for this.
MoR. Probably needs at least 20K still. Probably more.
Help Japan. I did not forget, and have partial fics waiting for me to finish.
The World Between Awake and Asleep. Not dead, just on hiatus until after May, because ZOMG ALMOST ALL OF THESE THINGS ABOVE ARE DUE IN APRIL AND MAY. SERIOUSLY.

Seriously, I probably forgot things. And there are other sequels/prompt fics/projects I'm still considering 'active' in my mess of a brain.

OH YEAH, AND SCHOOL. AND BABY. AND CRAZY LIFE. AND HANGING OUT WITH TIARA.

Yep. Insane. Just completely psychotic.

I LOVE FANDOM SO MUCH.

(Also, a footnote. I read each and every response to that entry, and I love you guys all so much. I was not expecting a response like that AT ALL, and it's seriously so overwhelming and heart-warming and completely beyond words. I know I did not reply to any of you individually, and I'd probably weep all the tears if I tried to, just out of the amazing feeling of support and acceptance and understanding from you all - it's something I haven't had a lot of in my life, so trust me when I say it bowled me over. I don't think that I'll be posting further on this issue, mainly out of how ridiculously complex this situation is, but just trust me, your words and well wishes and kind offers are not lost on me. I feel so much closer to fandom than I ever have. You guys are my rock, my eternal love, my main source of happiness. I just really wanted to make sure you guys don't feel like I'm ignoring you - I just really need to pretend like things are normal to keep functioning properly, heh. I will never, ever forget this, and the only way that I know how to repay you all is to keep as active as possible in fandom and continue to play with you all. :D Seriously, fandom has made all the difference in the world to me, and I hope we can continue to play until the end of our days and beyond. So much love for each and every one of you.)

Notes: Late because I have a baby and because I was insane and decided to participate in both Remix and Blind Go, as well as doing Help Japan – which has two prompts waiting for me to fill them, so I figured I’d better whip this out before anyone kills me. And of course there are also several other fics gnawing on me. Sigh.

I am not entirely happy with the first half of this, but alas, I couldn’t find a beta to poke it for me who was willing to be spoiled for the ending and also willing to take an ax to my sentence structure, so I guess it goes up as-is. I’m much happier with the second half, even if it is just a little bit cheesy as all hell. I just love playing with canon parallels, and thus, here you go.

Some of you may know I seldom work with a beta. It's not so much that I couldn't use one as I'm very impatient and like to upload the second something is finished. I use a spell checker and generally, it's not a big problem with short pieces - a few awkwardly worded sentences I can deal with. But for a longer piece... Well. It's best I have more than the occasional sounding board.

So what I'm looking for is someone with very strong grammar skills who can be more than a sounding board to me. Someone who is willing to work with me on plot as well as nitpick my actual writing, specifically for the story The World Between Awake and Asleep, which can be found on my masterlist. I don't update that frequently, so it shouldn't be too overwhelming of a job. It's just that I'm having some issues tying things together in my head, and after writing the train wreck of a first scene for Part IV, I definitely need some poking at my sentence structure.

So anyone in the Hikago fandom, if you have an interest in tearing my writing to shreds and helping me sort out how exactly to navigate my insane AU, let me know! If no one can, I'll just plow ahead as usual and try and piece it together myself. It's not a huge deal. But I really love this story, and I feel like I need someone to help me keep the standard of writing on the right level.

I might need help with Remix, too, and it doesn't need to be the same person. I seem to still be in flail mode though, as I only have one idea and it's so depressing I'm not sure I want to write it, heh.

I love my flist. You guys are so amazing. A million hugs to you all.

Feeling a bit better. I've been so tired and scatterbrained lately it's a wonder I manage to do anything right. With a teething baby, that's not likely to change any time soon. ^.^;;

Got some writing done! Not a ton, but some, working around baby time, and I now have the first quarter or so of Awake and Asleep written. It's going to be good fun! Yashiro, Hikaru and Akira are all vying for me to tell scenes from their POV, so it's been a little slow going trying to sort it all out. Then you have all the others asking when its their turn again. Waya is a darn loud one, and he almost convinced me until I realized there's really no reason for him to be at the Go Institute, since he's not a Pro or anything in this. Sure, I could make up a reason, but he'll have to wait his turn, haha.

I'm starting to think of the song Gateway Drug by the Spill Canvas as Akira and Hikaru's song. I mean, really listen to the lyrics. It's sooooo them. <3

Ugh, mental pieces don't want to fit together. *Plows ahead* So much to do!

Sorry for being such a whiner lately. I'm working on that.

Do you like my Hikago layout?! blue_cage made it for me. <3 I'm very much in love with having my first ever custom layout!

So, I still have some school things to do, but the paper is done, anyway, and I need to be getting on with Remix. Still kinda idealess - but I suppose it's because I'm largely unfamiliar with the idea, heh. I have blind_go ideas, too, but I'm thinking about just working a bit on Shidougo and the next part of Awake and Asleep. Hmmm.

My head is kinda full but putting it into words seems to escape me. Been doing the flit back and forth between things thing and getting nothing much done at all. Jacks is almost three months old! He'll be three months on the fifth. <3 I'm also already looking forward to Hikago day, 5/5, even if it's more than a month away, heh. That's probably kind of silly of me, but hey, whatever.

I wonder if I can write with such a full head. Guess I'll find out.

Notes: So, you thought I died, right? Or that somehow my memory of this story was erased or something? Well, actually, I got pregnant and then I had a baby. He’s super adorable and now I can get back to updating as much as is possible with a baby. You all should thank Lacygrey for this update, because though it’s been on my mind, she actually kicked me into gear. I owed her a story, and when asked for a prompt, she gave me the tall order of the next chapter of this.

Thank you to the many many reviewers of this story, you guys flatter me too much. It’s very appreciated - I even got goosebumps a few times! Some of you mentioned poor formatting on ff. net in the first two chapters, and that was not me - the website destroyed my story and I missed it somehow. I’ll fix it eventually. It removed my italics and my scene breaks. Those of you who guessed about Sai - not telling! But I will say that one person somewhere had the right idea. Not saying where or who. I was also asked if this will be gen or romance - it’s meant to be very canon-like, and as such, will probably not have overt romance in it. I guarantee nothing, but of course it will have a ridiculous amount of subtext, just like canon. Once it’s finished, you may be able to persuade me to write romantic side stories, because I’m a sucker and a sap. But not until then!

It is May 5th, and bookshop had just saw and started reading my story that I dedicated to her, The World Between Awake and Asleep, which is based on a post she made concerning May 5th, and I got a comment alert while I re-read said post on May 5th.

Also, join bookshop and the rest of the Hikago fandom as we ask each other our top five anything to do with Hikago questions! LET'S FIVE!

Thinking about putting off my owed drabbles just a tiny bit longer to write a little something for Hikago Day. After spending time in the blind_go chat and seeing all the fics go up with out my help made me want to contribute something to the day.

I don't know if I'll write or not, but rest assured, I've been buried in fandom fun and you should be, too!

Also, in a way, inspired by aishuu, since reading through this makes me think of Brightly Burning. I'm not 100% sure I wrote this after reading it, but either way, it undeniably has its fair share of similarities. (But it's different, too.)

My muse is bouncing around, so I figure some update is better than no update. Thanks to schnickledoogr2 for looking some of this over for me!
