Certified Proofreader Overview

I am a freelance proofreader available for both transcript and general proofreading. I received certification from Proofread Anywhere in December 2024 after completing their course, General Proofreading: Theory & Practice, and another in February 2025 after completing their course, Transcript Proofreading: Theory & Practice. I hold a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and an MBA. My background includes hospitality, retail, and finance. I currently work full-time at a financial institution and proofread on the side. Previously, I have worked on menus, short stories, social media posts, and corporate documents.

Although I have proofread in the past, I am still a newbie when it comes to professional proofreading. I enjoy helping others and am excited to collaborate with you on your project!
