Hire a Proofreader Rules

This site only contains listings of students who have received a certificate of completion from either of Proofread Anywhere’s programs:

• Transcript Proofreading: Theory & Practice™
• General Proofreading: Theory & Practice™

Only students who have passed our final exam for the course receive a certificate.

Proofreaders will be removed from the Hire a Proofreader directory if…

• Their yearly membership has not been renewed.
• They have been found to have broken any of the courses’ community rules (i.e. sharing course information publicly, helping others with the final exam, etc.).
• 3 complaints have been made by 3 different clients.

We encourage anyone with a bad experience hiring from our site to let us know at [email protected].

All complaints will be forwarded to the proofreader directly and, if 3 complaints are made about a proofreader from 3 different clients, they’ll be removed from the site while the situation is being investigated.
