About the Project
This construction project in Regina required a design/build approach to create a secant shoring wall for a 35′ deep excavation between existing structures, along with equipment foundations concrete using 1,500m3 of concrete in just 4 months. The project also included a building expansion with a 12,000 sqft steel building, cladding/roofing, crane rail, mechanical, and electrical components. Construction companies Regina completed all these tasks while the existing rolling mill was still in operation, with products needing to pass through the construction area continually.
