How many digits of pi have you memorized?
3.14159: to 5 decimal places, because I round to tenths or hundredths after calculation, so using 5 after gives me an answer in the accuracy I like. Other than that, I don't see a need to memorise pi.

What's worse: a pit of snakes or a pit of spiders?
What kind of each? I'm scared of neither, but I can tell you I'd rather have snakes crawl on me than spiders. If it's cobras vs tiny spiders, I'd rather have spiders (tiny spiders are scared of me!). If it's black widows vs garter snakes, I'll take garter snakes.

Got me a Model Mayhem page, finally. I don't know how to work with it...or...how to do anything. People seem really nice,though, and I'm sure they won't mind my inexperience.
Work is just busy. We have a HUGE paint sale so I've been fairly exhausted.
Managed to get a $40 Rock Band drum kit, game for $20, Track Pack 2 for $10, Rock Band for $5, Metal Track Pack for $3. Dmitri and I are now VERY entertained. Sweating our nuts off.
What else? OH. I read all your LJ entries, I really do; I just rarely reply because I often don't know what to say. Some of you are back in school and that's AWESOME, some of you have started new jobs and that's awesome, too! A couple of you have hit some hard times, and, while it sucks, it will pass; perseverance.
I still love my flat iron.

WELL,I was justified in this one: I took a lot of time and slowly slowly did my makeup. I don't leave for another 2 hours, but I still have to do my hair...and what if I messed up my makeup? Well, then, I would have had to do it again and take even more time. So earlier was better, today. ( please tell me this is ok, because I have 2 hours until we leave, and I still have to do my hairCollapse )

What other foreign languages do you know? Which one(s) do you want to learn?
Being Canadian, I understand quite a bit of French (not as much as I think, though). I can understand much more written French than spoken because of our bilingual packaging law. I do have French-speaking customers who come into work and, while I understand what they're asking me, I reply in English.
Dmitri knows a LOT of French, but he speaks with a France accent (instead of our hillbilly, phlegm-filled Quebecois one) and I lol at him for being stuck-up :x
I do know about five phrases in Japanese, none of them particularly useful. ("please take off your clothes", "lie down over there", "good evening/morning/afternoon", "happy birthday", "where are the toilets?", "Canadian")
I know barely any Russian, but I know more than I think I do. I knew when Dmitri's mom asks for salt, or offers me corn. I can say "Russian" in Russian, which is useful at work when a customer CAN'T FUCKING SPEAK ENGLISH AND COMES TO THE STORE COMPLETELY FUCKING ALONE. I know all the goddamn different words for cat and kitty (except I can't remember how to call Clark a kitty, but Cleo's easy). I know how to say "bug" because it's practically onomatopoeia. I really don't know much Russian at all...but it's not like I live in goddamn Russia!
