Projects with more than 8 pages or requiring custom functionality such as multilingual support, third-party integrations, or advanced animations, typically range from $3,500–$5,000 + tax.

A standard White Magic website includes a Homepage, About, Services, Pricing, Contact, and supporting pages such as Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, 404, and a Cookies banner. Third-party software licenses and optional add-ons are billed separately.

WHAT'S OUTSIDE THE SCOPE

There are a few things that fall outside the standard White Magic scope but can be provided as add-ons.

  1. White Magic assumes you already have a logo, color palette, and typography. If you’re starting from scratch, we’d be happy to discuss branding services before we begin.
  2. You’ll provide the photography and imagery used throughout your website. If needed, we can help source high-quality stock photography as an additional service.
  3. Features such as e-commerce, membership portals, booking systems, event calendars, or custom third-party integrations are not included in the standard package but can be added through a custom scope.
  4. We’ll recommend and install the tools your website needs, but any third-party software or plugin licenses are billed directly to you. Whenever possible, we prioritize free or low-cost solutions.
  5. You’ll be responsible for purchasing your domain name and hosting plan. We’ll gladly recommend our preferred providers and handle the technical setup during launch.

Content Support

  1. Monthly content update plan We’ll handle up to 4 hours of content updates each month, with most requests completed within 24 hours. Design, layout, and functionality changes are not included in this plan. From $250/mo
  2. Ad-hoc design support Need custom graphics or illustrations created for your website? We can help with any graphic design needs, too! $75/hr
  3. Stock photo sourcing Don’t have photos? We’ll find high-quality, license-free images that match your brand. $50/hr

Technical Support

  1. Redirects setup We’ll set up 301 redirects to preserve your SEO if you're migrating from an old site. $75/hr
  2. Ad-hoc technical support Consulting, troubleshooting, or fixing any unexpected tech issues. $75/hr
  3. Post-launch website maintenance Ongoing CMS and plugin updates to keep your website secure and performing its best. Month-to-month ($150/month), 3 months ($125/month), or *6 months ($99/month). $99/mo*

Additional Functionality

  1. Advanced features or integrations Add custom functionality like reservations, event calendars, loyalty systems, LTO announcements, and others. $99/hr

Marketing & Communications

  1. Google My Business setup We’ll create or optimize your Google Business Profile so customers can easily find your restaurant online. $350
  2. Email account setup We'll set up your email accounts and help you get started with a professional inbox. This does not include the service fees from the email provider. $250
  3. Newsletter setup and integration We’ll integrate your newsletter service account with your site so you can start gathering customer emails for future marketing campaigns. This does not include the service fees from the newsletter provider. $450
