Dallas is a knowledgeable and experienced Project Manager, overseeing various programs including remediation and reclamation, spill response, Phase II ESA’s, and site restoration. Dallas has an extremely strong work ethic and is a phenomenal communicator. These skills allow Dallas to undertake multiple different types of jobs consecutively all while ensuring that project stakeholders are well informed and potential roadblocks are addressed to ensure each project can proceed as planned.
Dallas is a passionate outdoorsman, often spending his free time on the water fishing, in the trees hunting, or on the farm with his wife and two boys. Dallas is also actively involved with his local RM, and is a first responder, volunteering his time to the local fire and rescue department and demonstrating his commitment to his community.

Dasha is a Project Technologist responsible for service report preparation including analytical review and tabling, borehole log management, photographic logs, site visits, drafting figures and report writing. Dasha is a gifted report writer and data management technologist, seamlessly managing and compiling various data sources into coherent and concise scientific reports. Dasha continues to expand her role and has immersed herself in the Phase I ESA, vegetation management and DSA programs, confidently taking ownership of full projects and delivering high level results.
In her personal life, Dasha is a proud mom of two and loves spending time outdoors camping and gardening. She enjoys spending her free time drawing and exploring her creative side.

Danica is a dedicated Project Manager, managing various programs including Phase I ESA’s, groundwater monitoring, and regulatory compliance for landfills. Danica also provides field-level support in all service areas and has become proficient in the completion of Phase II ESA’s, well centre assessments, remediation, and reclamation. Danica’s desire to learn, coupled with her work ethic, organizational skills, and fearless approach to stepping out of her comfort zone, enables her to navigate all types of projects with confidence while ensuring stakeholders are informed and that projects proceed on schedule and on budget.
Danica has recently achieved her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which enhances her ability to lead complex projects effectively. This certification signifies her expertise in project management principles and best practices, further reinforcing her capability to deliver projects with improved efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
Danica is a mom of two and enjoys reading, gardening, and is actively involved with the Weyburn Music Festival Association.

Known for his strong communication skills, Brad excels in effectively conveying ideas and fostering collaboration in both personal and professional settings. In his environmental work, Brad specializes in Phase II assessments, spill response, WCA compliance, and remediation and reclamation projects. His diligence ensures that projects are executed meticulously, meeting regulatory standards and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Brad embodies a harmonious balance between family devotion, community engagement, and professional proficiency. He cherishes quality time with his wife and children, frequently engaging in various activities like skating, golfing, and other sports. Beyond personal enjoyment, Brad actively contributes to his community by volunteering as a hockey coach, participating in power skating programs, and lending a helping hand at the local curling rink and golf course events. His involvement extends to serving on the Stoughton town council, where he plays a pivotal role in driving positive change and community growth.

Taryn serves as a dedicated Project Technologist, adept at preparing service reports, conducting analytical reviews, maintaining photographic logs, and drafting figures and reports. Her commitment to excellence extends to her continuous pursuit of knowledge, particularly in vegetation management, detailed site assessments, and more recently, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. With an even keeled demeanor, Taryn remains composed and level-headed, even in the face of challenges, showcasing her ability to maintain stability and composure in any situation. Her eagerness to learn drives her to embrace new challenges and opportunities for professional growth within her field.
Outside of work, Taryn embraces the rural lifestyle alongside her partner on their farm. In her leisure time, she finds joy in baking, solving puzzles, and tending to yard work. These hobbies not only provide her with a way to unwind but also serve as sources of relaxation and fulfillment in her personal life.

Zara is a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Technologist, contributing her expertise to report writing, vegetation management, detailed site assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and supporting Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Zara’s thorough approach and strong technical skills ensure that each project she works on is completed with accuracy and efficiency. Her commitment to high-quality work and clear communication make her a valuable member of the team.
Outside of work, Zara enjoys solving puzzles, diving into arts and crafts projects, and spending time reading. She’s an avid volleyball player and an active member of her community through her involvement with the local Swimming Pool board.

Lea is the Business Manager and her roles are many. She manages accounting, safety, supply management, advertising, sample preparation and shipping, borehole log management, IT management (and so on). Lea is truly the glue that holds this group together. Lea has extensive experience in account management and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that cost tracking and accounting details are delivered to clients accurately and as scheduled. Lea is a dedicated professional who brings immense knowledge and expertise to her work.
When not working, Lea is a loving mom of three and actively involved with the School Community Council. She also loves being outdoors, camping, bonfires, baking, and puzzles.

Dave is a knowledgeable and experienced Project Manager, with expertise in contaminated site management, aerial surveying, reclamation, and spill response. With his extensive knowledge and years of experience in the field, Dave is able to manage multidisciplinary teams of professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, economically and properly.
Dave has achieved his advanced pilot certificate for drone surveying and is also a QP for the Water Security Agency. In addition to continuously learning and growing, Dave is a dad of three and enjoys acreage life, yard work, and "the idea" of golfing.
