- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Appearance >> Themes >> Add New.
- Search for “Newscrunch” in the search field.
- You can upload the theme zip file if you have downloaded it before.

- Click on Dashboard >> Updates.
- Scroll to the section labeled “Themes.”
- If your themes are all at their latest versions, then you’ll see the following message: Your themes are all up to date.
- If any active or inactive themes are not in their latest version, then select the theme you want to update and click the Update Themes button.
