How to Enable or Disable Read Tracking for Individual Emails
You can choose whether to enable read tracking on each email you send. While composing your message, simply hover over the lightning bolt icon in the bottom bar of the draft window and toggle tracking on or off as you wish.
Set Read Tracking Preferences by Default
To set your default preferences for read tracking, visit your Polymail settings and adjust your email tracking options.
Activity Feed Overview
Polymail’s Activity Feed is included with all subscription plans. It provides a real-time stream of how your recipients engage with your emails, showing opens, link clicks, and attachment downloads. You can filter the feed by selecting All Activity, Opened, Clicked, or Downloaded at the top.
View Read Tracking in Your Sent Folder
You can also track who has opened your emails directly from your Sent folder. Locate an email and check the lightning bolt icon next to it:
Gray lightning bolt means your email hasn’t been opened yet.
Blue lightning bolt means it has been opened.
Hover over the lightning bolt to see detailed information about who opened the email and when.
