How to verify your age
To view mature content rated R21 in Singapore:
Verify that you are at least 21 years old during the sign-up or rejoin process.
Create a 4-digit PIN.
Enter the 4-digit PIN when prompted to watch content rated R21.
If you do not verify that you are 21 years or older, you will be blocked from any attempt to watch content rated R21 with a message stating that “You must verify your age to access mature content.” You can verify your age at any time by visiting netflix.com/verifyage or from your Account page by selecting the link for R21 Content PIN in the Security section.
Note: You might need to refresh your device to get the updated settings. To refresh:
– Switch to another profile, then switch back.
– Or, sign out of your device and sign back in.
