RaiDrive setup guide for MEGA S4

RaiDrive lets you map cloud storage as a network drive, giving you convenient access to your files directly through your operating system without syncing or complex setup. With built-in support for S3-compatible services, RaiDrive connects smoothly to MEGA S4, allowing you to open, organise, and manage your data as if it were stored locally.

Use the steps below to configure RaiDrive with your MEGA S4 storage.

Einen neuen Bucket erstellen

1. Klicken Sie in der linken Leiste auf Objektspeicher.
2. Klicken Sie auf Bucket erstellen.
3. Geben Sie dem Bucket einen Namen.
4. Klicken Sie auf Erstellen.

Zugriffsschlüssel einrichten

1. Klicken Sie in der linken Leiste auf Objektspeicher.
2. Klicken Sie in der linken Leiste auf Schlüssel.
3. Klicken Sie auf Schlüssel erstellen.
4. Geben Sie dem Schlüssel einen Namen.
5. Kopieren Sie den Zugriffsschlüssel und den Geheimschlüssel.

Set up RaiDrive for MEGA S4

1. Download and install the software from the RaiDrive website.
2. Click Add on the top bar.
3. Click the Enterprise tab.
   NOTE: Don’t select MEGA from the Personal tab; this will only allow you access to your Cloud drive.
4. Click AWS S3 Compatible.
5. Choose your drive letter and what you want to name your mount (e.g. MEGA S4).
6. For Endpoint, enter a MEGA S4 endpoint, with the prefix https:// added in front – e.g. https://s3.eu-central-1.s4.mega.io

7. For Access Key ID, paste the Access key you copied from MEGA.
8. For Secret Access Key, paste the Secret key you copied from MEGA.
9. Click the refresh icon (a circular arrow) next to the Bucket field, and choose from the list of your existing buckets.
10. Klicken Sie auf Verbinden (Connect).
