Customizing Donor Portal and Giving Experience Login Options
Organizations can control which login methods are available to supporters when accessing the Donor Portal. This allows you to simplify the login experience, align with your organization’s preferences, and reduce support requests.
🔍 Where to Find It
Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner
Select Organization Settings
Scroll down to the Supporter Tracking section
Locate the Login Options area
✅ Login Methods You Can Enable or Disable
One Time Code (Giving Experiences)
Username & Password (Donor Portal)
Magic Link (Donor Portal, email-based, no password required)
Facebook (Both Donor Portal and Giving Experiences)
Google (Both Donor Portal and Giving Experiences)
Microsoft (Both Donor Portal and Giving Experiences)
OpenID Connect (SSO) (Both Donor Portal and Giving Experiences)
You can toggle each method on or off depending on the experience you want to provide your supporters.
