To customize your account preferences, simply access [Settings]. This allows you to change your information, reset your password, manage email notifications, and add sub-users.
▎Note: The feature [Sub-users] is exclusively available to Platinum and Enterprise Plan users.

My Info #
Filling in [My Info] can boost your public profile and books’ SEO results and reach a wider audience.
Hover over the avatar in the left corner of the Dashboard -> click [Settings] -> [My Info] -> fill in your information -> click [Save].
There are three parts of information, namely [Basic Info], [Work], and [Social Accounts].

Change Password #
If you forget your password or want to update it regularly to protect your FlipHTML5 account, you can reset it by following the steps below.
Haven’t logged in to FlipHTML5 #
Step 1. Visit [Reset your password].
Step 2. Type in the correct email address associated with your FlipHTML5 account.
Step 3. Click the [Send Reset Link] button, and a link will be sent to that email.
If you don’t receive the reset link in your email inbox, please try the following methods.
- Check your Spam or Junk Email folder.
- Add [email protected] to your list of verified senders and contacts and send the reset link again.
- Contact the FlipHTML5 Support team.

Step 4. Click the link you received via email to set a new password for your account.
Step 5. Type in your new password twice and click [Change password].

Step 6. Finally, sign in to FlipHTML5 with your new password.
Have already logged in to FlipHTML5 #
Follow these steps to request a new password:
Hover over the avatar in the left corner of the Dashboard -> click [Settings] -> click [Change Password] -> click the [Change Password] button -> fill in old and new passwords -> click [Change].


Notifications #
We occasionally send emails to FlipHTML5 users, including notifications about product updates, changes, and promotions on our platform. You are free to modify your email notifications or opt out of emails anytime by clicking [Settings] -> [Notifications].
To unsubscribe from these emails, just disable the button. To resubscribe, enable the button again.

Add Sub-users #
FlipHTML5 enables its Platinum and Enterprise users to create and manage sub-accounts.
Please kindly note:
- You CANNOT delete sub-accounts after you have added them.
- Platinum users can add 2 accounts, and Enterprise users can add 9 accounts. All added sub-accounts will automatically be upgraded to Platinum or Enterprise for free.
- Each account is independent. One cannot access other accounts.
Follow these steps to add a sub-account
Step1. Hover over the avatar in the left corner of the Dashboard -> click [Settings] -> [Add Sub-users] -> click the [Add a sub-account] button.

Step 2: Fill in the email of the sub-account -> click [Save].
▎Note: When adding an email, please note that only Free accounts that have not been used as sub-accounts can be associated with it.

Step 3: Check the account you added successfully.
