Batch Upload

If you want to upload multiple files to create flipbooks on FlipHTML5, you can use the [Batch Upload] feature. You can upload multiple files simultaneously and convert them into digital flipbooks individually.
Additionally, you can customize the settings of the flipbook before uploading and apply the settings to all uploaded books in the batch.
It saves your time, increases your work efficiency, and reduces the chance of errors.

Let’s take a look at how to upload files in a batch.

Note: Batch Upload is a paid feature available only to Platinum and Enterprise users. The total file size for batch uploads cannot exceed 500MB.

Step 1. Go To The Upload Page #

Log in to your FlipHTML5 account, go to the Dashboard, and click [Batch Upload].

The supported file types for upload are PDF (.pdf), WORD (.doc, .docx), PPT (.ppt, .pptx), and IMAGE (.png, .jpg, .jpeg)

Step 2. Customization And Conversion Settings #

2.1 Customization Settings #

The flipbooks converted in a batch will apply the FlipHTML5 default settings. If necessary, you can configure the book settings on the left panel before proceeding with batch file uploads. For more details, click Getting Started with Customized Interface to learn more.

2.2 Conversion Settings #

Click the setting icon > click [Conversion Settings] to adjust your upload settings.

You can select the page split modes, conversion engine, page rendering quality, and page range according to your needs. For more details, please refer to Page Split Modes and Page Rendering Quality.

2.3 Visibility Settings #

Click the setting icon > click [Visibility Settings]

You can publish or unpublish books, and set them as[Public], [Private],[Private with Passwords], and[Email Verification].

Step 3. Upload Files On The Upload Page #

Click [Upload Files] and hold down the [Ctrl] key to select multiple files for upload.

Note: Batch upload currently only supports uploading local files.

After the files are uploaded, they will immediately start the conversion process. At the same time, you can click [Add Files] to continue adding new files to the conversion queue.

After converting the flipbook, you can also click [Customize the Book] to configure it further, or click the eye icon to preview the book.
