In the Page Editor, you can add online text elements, upload local fonts, and set them in the properties panel.
▎Note: Only users with the Platinum and Enterprise Plan can add text.
1. Add Online Text #
Click [Text] in the side toolbar > select [Add Title], [Add Subtitle], [Add Main Text], or the preset art words > enter the content in the text box > set properties in the properties panel.

2. Upload Local Font #
The Page Editor not only has a large number of free and commercially available fonts, but also supports uploading fonts.
Click [Text] in the side toolbar > select [My Font] > [Upload Fonts] > select local fonts > [Open].

You can click the uploaded font to add to the canvas, or click the current text and change it by clicking [My Font] on the properties panel.

3. Edit Text #
After adding a text element, you can set its properties such as font, font size, font color, and case.
3.1 Copy and Paste Text #
You can select text with right click to copy, paste (with formatting), or use shortcuts Ctrl + C (Copy) and Ctrl + V (Paste).
To be clear, when you use [Paste with formatting], not all formats of the copied text can be pasted.
- If you copy text within the Page Editor, formats including bold, italic, underline, strike-through, capitalize, uppercase, and lowercase can be pasted.
- If you copy text outside the Editor (like you copy text from a Word file), formats including font size, font color, bold, italic, underline, and strike-through can be pasted.

3.2 Changing case #
You can change a sentence’s case with one click.
- Capitalize
- Uppercase
- Lowercase

3.3 Bullets #
This feature helps you make a bullet list quickly.

3.4 Layouts #
- Upright Text Orientation: Click the button to make the text vertical.

- Right to Left: This feature allows text to be displayed from right to left. It benefits languages written from right to left, such as Arabic, Hebrew, and Urdu. The following image shows how it works in Arabic text.

3.5 Batch Setup Font #
After setting up the properties of one text element, you can apply a text style to other text in a batch.
Select a text element that is set up properties > click [Batch Setup Font] in the properties panel > select the text style that you want to supply to other text > [Confirm].

3.6 Link Text Boxes #
Enable [Link Text Boxes] > select text boxes on the canvas > click [Confirm]
Once the content of the first text boxes is deleted, the content of the second one will be automatically filled into the first one. This feature helps you maintain the layout of pages.

3.7 Column Layout #
Enable [Column Layout] > adjust its settings.

3.8 Scrollbar #
This feature allows a large section of text to be displayed in a scrolling view on a flipbook to save layout space.

3.8 Text Effect #
You can add a shadow and stroke to the text, and the effect of gradient color for text.

3.9 Language Compatible #
You can enable this feature when Thai, Hindi, Arabic, etc., character errors are displayed. After enabling, it will preserve all the language conjunctions without dividing characters.

3.10 Multi-Page Sync #
Set a selected element to be displayed within a specific page range simultaneously. Then any changes made to this element (such as position, size, and color) within this specific page range will be synchronized to this element.
This feature ensures the element maintains a uniform appearance and position across different pages. And it is time-saving that changes made once are automatically applied to all relevant pages.
Select an element > enable [Multi-Page Sync] > select [All Pages] or [Customize] to set a specific page range.
▎Note: This feature is incompatible with the elements below: multi-select elements, group elements, page numbers, audio, video, and graphics.
