Our solutions focus on the specific needs of our clients. Rather than imposing pre-made answers, we begin each engagement by talking to people to understand their unique situations and challenges. We then use a combination of methods, including collaborative workshops, consulting, and training, blending both proven and innovative approaches to develop customised solutions.

Our work
We helped DBT Digital’s leadership team cut through the confusion of rapid growth, from 120 to 500+ staff, by creating shared language, clarifying roles, and building practical frameworks they still use today. The result? A leadership team that can make decisions together, reorganise without disruption, and keep evolving as they grow.
In 2025, Tacit published an online self-paced course for community builders and members to gain the skills they need to identify, form, grow, measure and supercharge success communities of practice in or across organisations. The course is gaining a great reputation, with group bookings and five-star reviews.

We helped HM Land Registry transform how their teams worked in a new digital programme, moving from team silos to a connected organisation with clear service development approaches, thriving communities of practice, and pathways for people to grow.
