/wp-content/plugins/wowrecrut/directory. - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
- Activate and customize the Widget in the Widget Section.

Just make your own css file or copy the default one and change it. Then register your style with wow by calling
<?php wowrecrut_add_style("name", "path_to_css_file", icon size in px); ?>in your themes function.php or anywhere else.
