The Haskell Web News is a monthly summary of the hottest news about the Haskell programming language, as found in our online communities. If you want to catch up with what’s been happening in Haskell, this might be the journal for you.

There are a number of other news sites devoted to Haskell:

The Haskell Web news fills a gap in this market, by providing content sorted by ranking (as determined by the Haskell Reddit community), at a frequency lower than the weekly news, allowing time for us to reflect on the events of the past month. However, it is also more frequent and focused that the HCAR.

It should also be the most accessible news site for getting up to date on Haskell, if you’re not a core member of the community. This is the news site you can show your non-Haskell friends.
