Payday's come, and I've already splurged a bit. I sent off a package to China and went for a long walk in the cool sunshine. Ah! It was clear that others had gotten paid, and enjoyed what felt like the first day of spring. A little girl smiled at me. I think it was my elephant earring.

I've bought the pdf version of Andy Kitkowski's seven-year project, the English translation of the Japanese rpg Tenra Bansho Zero. Man, it looks neat! You may remember that I had a great time playing it at Essen (my character was a cyborg bristling with weapons). It's a big setting that has Buddhist monks, Daoist sorcerers, mecha, and shinto priests. They're puppet-masters and all-round men in black. It's very cool, and seems to be fairly easy to monkey with.
