Writing continues apace. I'm making my daily word count, so I'm pretty pleased.
And now, a belated halloween-joke (based on a great old... joke).
By a street lamp I came upon a spectre. It was threads of darkness woven into an abyss of night. "I've lost my soul" it said. "I exist only as a negation of all that I was". I tried to help it find the soul. After a few minutes of searching, I asked "Where exactly did you lose it?" "Down the street, next to the graveyard." Puzzled, I asked, "Then why aren't you looking over there?" There was a bleak glee in the spectre's face: "YOU are here."
