The galaxy is changing… and not for the better. The Yuuzhan Vong have arrived from beyond the known galaxy, bringing living ships, terrifying biotechnology, and a hatred of machines that has already left entire worlds in ruin. The New Republic is struggling to respond, the Jedi are stretched thin, and the hyperspace lanes are filled with refugees, rumors, and fear. In the middle of this chaos, you are part of a small crew trying to survive and make a difference. Maybe you’re Jedi trying to understand this strange new enemy. Maybe you’re soldiers fighting a desperate delaying action. Smugglers, scouts, diplomats, and survivors all have a place in a galaxy where the rules of war are rapidly changing. This campaign will focus heavily on roleplay, character choices, and the personal stories that unfold during a massive galactic war. Expect tense negotiations, dangerous missions behind enemy lines, moral dilemmas, and moments where your characters must decide what they’re willing to sacrifice to protect the galaxy. The Yuuzhan Vong are coming. Who will your character be when the galaxy needs heroes… or survivors? Looking for GM and Players.  Sundays 10:00 AM GMT Does this day and time work for you, and can you reliably make the sessions? How old are you and how much RPG experience do you have? Do both you and your character work well in a team? Are you familiar with Saga Edition and do you have a copy of it? What is your character concept? Join use on Discord https://discord.gg/n8PTbWeu

Star Frontiers RPG – Mystery at the Edge of the Frontier Several remote settlements and listening posts on the edge of the Frontier have suddenly gone silent. No distress calls. No wreckage. Just… silence. The UPF is quietly assembling a small investigation team to find out what happened. Is it the return of the Sathar? Pirates operating beyond the patrol routes? A corporate black project gone wrong? Or something far stranger lurking in unexplored space? Your crew will travel to isolated colonies, abandoned outposts, and deep-space installations to uncover the truth. Expect investigation, exploration, tense encounters, and the possibility that whatever caused the disappearances may still be out there. System: Star Frontiers Tone: Sci-fi mystery, exploration, action, and lots of role play Characters: Frontier operatives hired to investigate the missing colonies The Frontier is vast. Sometimes things disappear out there. The real question is: do you want to find out why? Looking for GM and Players.  Saturdays 11:00 AM GMT

Voyage of the Fallen Star – Open Table D&D

Paid game Paid game
Voyage of the Fallen Star is a seafaring Dungeons & Dragons campaign about following rumors, pulling on loose threads, and discovering what happens when small choices begin to tangle into something much larger. The world is wide, the sea is uncertain, and the story is shaped by which paths the party chooses to follow — and which are left behind. As the Knitter of Yarns, my role is to gather those threads — character goals, side quests, consequences, and chance encounters — and weave them into a clear, cohesive adventure. You’ll have space to explore ports, chase leads, take on side work, and wander off the expected path, while a steady narrative thread continues to guide the journey forward. The tone balances adventure and mystery, with room for humor, quiet character moments, and rising tension as the voyage unfolds. Combat is tactical and purposeful, exploration is encouraged, and roleplay is always at your comfort level. There’s no pressure to perform — just a shared story built one decision at a time. What you can expect: Player-driven exploration with a clear narrative weave Meaningful character progression and lasting consequences Balanced, approachable combat that rewards teamwork A calm, welcoming table with clear pacing and communication A free Session 0 will be scheduled once the minimum number of players (3) is reached. Session 0 will cover expectations, character creation, table tone, and safety tools before the adventure begins. If you enjoy collaborative storytelling, exploration guided by choice, and a table where every thread matters, Voyage of the Fallen Star invites you to take your place at The Open Table and see where the weave leads. DnD. Beginner DM looking for the players (16+)

Roleplay focused Roleplay focused
• I'm using basic rules that i oversimplified to make it more friendly for the new players. The campaign is homebrew (high/dark fantasy), with an emphasis on story & adventures • There is an oversimplified custom game system, no VTT • Discord, voice • I'd like to play all week, day & time is decided by a group I'm from EU & can play with US, by my local time, until 2:00 AM, so you need to convert to your time I asked around 30 people that wanted to play, but later they went passive mode. Please, message only if you are going to play, don't make other players wait Discord nickname: weebseatshit It's not even DnD, some custom (homebrew) high/dark fantasy stuff that i have in mind I'm planning to improvise on the go Basically, i want a player to fight, use spells, tools, abilities as if there wasn't any stats I checked all classes & there are a lot of, in my opinion cheating spells. So i would like every player to has his own, custom spells. Though there are some nice spells in an original DnD A player should choose a class that is the closest to his preference & then create spells/abilities. If a player can't, i'll help I'd like every player to be equally powerful I won't describe with a lot of details, so when a player, for example in a forest, search for DnD forest artstation/forest artstation & ambient Just like with the books, i'd prefer that player imagined his own stuff (& because there may be an info that player may not get or just ignore)

Hey! I'm Alex, 23yo (she/they). I'm relatively new to the TTRPG scene, just recently joined one other campaign using the Daggerheart system but I'd love to use 5e as I'm very familiar with the system! (as a Critter and a BG3 enjoyer)  - VC on discord.  - No use of AI. As an artist, I resent that.

Age of Worms 3.5 (in the Forgotten Realms)

Application Process: 1. The applicant reads all the information below in full. 2. The applicant completes the application and submits their responses. 3. The DM reviews the application and provides feedback. 4. The applicant submits their mythweaver URL for their Trapfinder character sheet. At this stage, only the full character build is needed; equipment and items are not required yet. 5. The DM reviews the character sheet for legality and optimization. 6. The DM speaks with the applicant over Discord voice chat for final consideration. 7. The DM shares the 34-page player's guide, which includes the house rules in greater detail. 8. The applicant updates their character sheet and enters their inventory into the Google Sheet 9. The applicant builds their character in Foundry, with DM assistance as needed Age of Worms Adventure Path The Age of Worms adventure path is structured into 12 chapters, each presenting distinct challenges, locations, and quests for the characters to embark on. With an estimated game time of 15-30 hours per chapter, the campaign spans from the characters' humble beginnings at 1st level to their epic culmination at 21st level. Without giving away any specific plot details, the campaign revolves around a dark and ancient evil force that threatens the world. The characters find themselves embroiled in a series of events and quests that lead them to confront this malevolent entity known as Kyuss, the Wormgod. The players will encounter cultists, undead creatures, and other foes aligned with Kyuss, all while unraveling a complex web of intrigue and secrets. Scheduling. Weekly, Mondays @ 7:00 PM EST (GMT-5) for 3.5 hours We schedule an entire month's worth of sessions in advance and work around people's schedules. We only play if everyone is able to attend. If one person can't make it, we reschedule another day that week. If that is not possible, then we do not play that week. We do sessions to make up for missed ones and occasionally do extra sessions if everyone is up for it. If a player cannot attend a scheduled game (something comes up) they will try to give as much advance notice as possible. No shows are heavily frowned upon, the first time is forgiven, but a second time is not. So if something happens, you must communicate as people's time are valuable. We have a committed and serious group of players, with 71 sessions played since November 2024. - We are looking for someone with enough flexibility to play on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday if scheduling conflicts come up. - We are looking for someone who is punctual for scheduled sessions and communicates clearly and reliably. - We are primarily looking for players whose time zones are in or reasonably close to EST. Scheduling is one of the biggest challenges in keeping a game running, and we need players whose time zones allow for some flexibility. A large gap makes it much harder when sessions run late or need to be shifted by 1 to 2 hours.  Highly Lethal Campaign You are expected to optimize. Those who aren't will either die quickly or be outshined by the other party members. Items may be destroyed as per written combat tactics. Just like how players have access to most books, the monsters do as well. They are improved to perform their written tactics more effectively. - If you fear or get upset by character death and items being destroyed, then this campaign may not be a good fit for you. - PC deaths so far: 2 in chapter one, 3 in chapter two, 0 in chapter three, 1 in chapter four, 5 in chapter five. Serious Tone We use spreadsheets to track WBL, encumbrance and loot distribute distribution. We use a buyback and downtime day system that is logged through Discord. - If you're looking for a casual game or prefer a laid-back, low-bookkeeping style, this campaign may not be a good fit for you. - We're looking for someone who is responsive and reliable with between-session tasks, such as logging downtime days and buyback, updating character sheets after leveling, and updating character tokens in Foundry. - If your availability is so limited that you can only check Discord or response to messages on one day of the week, this campaign may not be a good fit for you. Heavily Modified The adventure path has been adapted from Greyhawk to Forgotten Realms 1374 DR, with changes to the plot, creatures, and NPCs. There is a 34-page player's guide that covers the house rules. Some of these changes may feel familiar if you know the adjustments Paizo made to improve 3.5e, but these are my own interpretations and revisions. In general, martials characters are buffed, spellcasters are mostly unchanged, and obvious abuses/cheese are not allowed. - If you're not already comfortable with 3.5e rules, you may find the system and house rule changes be overwhelming. Some House Rules in use: - Appraise checks are used for finding buyers to sell party loot. Results affect the sell price. - Open Lock is removed and is done through Disable Device. - Evocation spell rebalancing. - Mundane armor, weapons, templates and special material rebalancing - Fighter bonus feat rebalancing (prereqs, merging of feats, scaling in power); feats such as two-weapon fighting, weapon focus, precise shot, etc. - Some feats are turned into Skill Tricks. - Realistic limits on the size of carried weapons and items will be observed. - Heavy armor and heavy load causes fatigue after long periods. - Downtime days (DTD) are awarded per session. Spent as a party that advances the calendar. - Resurrection material component costs are lessened.  Resurrection is paid from your character's personal wealth. - Raised characters do not lose a level, they gain resurrection sickness (similar to negative levels) that is temporary. - Players are locked into roles (cleric, arcanist, bruiser, trapfinder/scoundrel), unless there is a multiple PK or a TPK, they may switch roles. - Inventory, treasure and loot distribution is carefully tracked in google sheets. - Buyback system in place for loot distribution. Buyback at 50%. - Party loot is split into 5 shares (1 for each PC and 1 for party fund). - Party fund is for party purchases, must be agreed upon each member. - Sharing/gifting wealth to other players is not allowed. - Action points are used to reduce lethality due to bad luck. - Alternate turning rules are used due to large amounts of undead. Tracking fleeing enemies suck. - Bloodied status, enemies are blooded at 50% hp. - Combat maneuvers; aim, counter-attack, play dead, out-of-turn dodge. Your Role as the Trapfinder For balanced party comp, each player has their own role they fulfil within the party (bruiser, cleric, arcanist, trapfinder). You will fill the Trapfinder role. The Trapfinder prevents party deaths from mechanical and magical traps by specializing in the only two essential skills in the game: Search and Disable Device, supported by the Trapfinding class ability. While locks and doors can often be bypassed by force, some published modules include deadly traps that demand a dedicated trapfinder to avoid instant party wipes. Having spells that could mitigate these traps doesn’t replace the need for a reliable specialist, as those spells may not always be available. Character Creation Guidelines - ECL 11 (Max Race LA+1, No templates for new characters) - 32-pt buy for ability scores - Standard WBL (no single item exceeding 1/4 WBL, no combined items for new characters) - No multiclass penalty - Flaws and traits allowed - HP: either roll your HD (official rolls in Discord) or take the average - Official 3.5e sources are allowed, including Dragon Magazine and Forgotten Realms 3.0/3.5 material, except for CP and XPH, homebrew, third-party, and other campaign-specific books are not allowed.  Considerations when building your Trapfinder - You are expected to optimize. - You should have both melee and ranged options and be able to deal damage to contribute. -If you get sneak attack, be aware that there are undead, constructs, oozes, elementals. It is especially undead heavy. You should plan accordingly. - Open Lock is replaced by Disable Device. - Waterdeep has mark up prices on everything. Gather Information is used to purchase items at normal 1.0 rates Current Party Composition They are high powered and very optimized: - (bruiser role) LE Goliath Cloistered Cleric 1/Fighter 2/Crusader 3/Ruby Knight Vindicator 4 - (arcanist role) CE Gray Elf Beguiler 6/Mindbender 1/Shadowcraft Mage 5 - (cleric role) N Arcane Gnome Archivist 5/Divine Oracle 2/Thaumaterge 5 Application Link: https://forms.gle/a8PdPcitb1NTZMyF7
