Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. If you no longer have the installation package, you can visit the review page of the program in order to obtain an official link to download the software. Click the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install it using the serial key received when you purchased it. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact the Technical Support. Also, as an alternative, you can try another similar application from Software Informer database.

Usually the update is free of charge if it's a minor one. If you want to upgrade from your current version to the 3.2 version which is the last one, there is a small charge. Send your purchase information of Greeting Card Builder to [email protected] and they will send you the upgrade link.
