The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our FACTS/SIS Online Application. This process simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of each student’s admission after an application has been submitted. A non-refundable application fee will be assessed per student.
Your Online Application must be completed and supplemental application forms (Pastoral Referral Form, Teacher Referral Form, and Records Request Form) completed and returned to the school.
Enrollment for returning families will open January 5, 2026. Enrollment will open for new students January 19, 2026. We ask that applying families participate in a GCA Discovery Day, Open House, or private tour prior to application. To begin the Online Application process for the 2026-2027 school year, click here.
Upon receipt of your online application and supplemental materials (such as the Pastor Referral Form, Teacher Referral Form, report cards, school behavior reports, and achievement test scores), a benchmark assessment date will be scheduled for all applicants, K5-12th grade. Assessments for 1st -5th grade students will include reading, writing, math, and English grammar components. Assessments for 6th-12th grade students will include English grammar, composition, and mathematic components. After the assessment is scheduled, someone from the Admissions Department will contact you to arrange a Family Partnership Meeting. That meeting will include parents, the students potentially enrolling, the Head of Admissions, the Head of School, and a division principal. This meeting will take approximately one hour.
