These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you and GravityExtra, detailing the responsibilities of both parties regarding the use of GravityExtra products.
License
When you purchase a GravityExtra product, you are granted a license to activate it on a single WordPress instance unless you have purchased a multi-site license plan. Using the activation key on multiple instances without a valid multi-site license will invalidate the license.
Refunds
If the product experiences errors within 30 days of purchase due to issues inherent to the product itself, we will provide a full refund. Refunds do not apply if the errors are caused by third-party plugins, themes, or custom code. To initiate the refund process, you must delete the product from your server, local storage, and email attachments. Once you confirm this via our ticketing system along with your order number, we will process your refund.
All refund requests must be submitted exclusively through our ticketing system—email or phone requests are not accepted.
Support, Updates, and License
Support will be offered only if the product meets the minimum system and WordPress requirements. Updates to GravityExtra products are provided at our discretion. A purchase entitles the licensee to 12 months of support and updates starting from the purchase or renewal date. After the support license expires, you will no longer receive product updates or support unless the license is renewed. Support does not cover issues related to third-party plugins or hosting configurations. Support is only available for products obtained from gravityextra.com.
All support will be provided exclusively through our ticketing system—email or phone support is not available.
Delivery Policy
Purchased products are delivered electronically through download links provided in the user’s account. Delivery may include the software installer, serial number, unlock code, or key file. Some items may take a few minutes to process. Customers are responsible for ensuring a stable network connection to complete the download. If any files or codes are not available, customers should contact the GravityExtra Customer Care team via the Help Center.
Website Assets
All logos, text, and product images on gravityextra.com are the intellectual property of GravityExtra and may not be used outside of this website.
Product Price Increases
Prices for GravityExtra products may increase over time due to inflation or market conditions. Previous prices cannot be grandfathered.
Special Offers
Special offers or discount codes can only be redeemed at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
Privacy and Data
Your personal data will never be shared outside of GravityExtra.
Compatibility
GravityExtra products will work with the minimum requirements specified on the product page. Compatibility with third-party plugins is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer
The licensee is responsible for ensuring that their hosting environment meets the necessary requirements for GravityExtra products. GravityExtra products are provided without any warranty, express or implied. The licensee is also responsible for maintaining regular backups of their database and files and ensuring the security of their environment.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. All GravityExtra license holders are bound by the latest version of these terms.
