If you use Gravity Forms to create forms and want to add a review step for users to preview their submissions before finalizing, this add-on is perfect for you. It allows you to easily add and configure a submission preview feature for any form.
All features:
- The add-on enables admins to pass or auto-populate field values from earlier steps to later ones using merge tags for the Default Value.
- Users can review the information they’ve entered before submitting the form by using an HTML field with entry merge tags.
How to set up:
1. Add a Review Step:
- Drag and drop an HTML field into your form.
- In the ‘Content’ field, select ‘All Submitted Fields.’
- When users reach the review step (e.g., Step 3: Submission Review), it will display all the information entered in previous steps.
2. Auto-Populate Fields:
- Use merge tags to automatically populate fields in later steps.
- For example:
- In the Default Value field for the Name input, select the Name merge tag.
- Similarly, use the Phone merge tag for the Phone input field.
Step 1: User fills out the form.
Form Preview: Displays input fields for users to enter data.
Step 2: Fields are auto-filled based on previous entries.
