All features:
- Allow admin to create multiple feeds for each form by clicking on ‘Add New’
- Allow admin to map multiple fields to generate QR code by clicking on the icon as below
NOTE: If ‘Key’ is {None}, it will not be included in the QR code and will not be displayed when user get the QR code.
Set the first key as {url} and its value as the path. The following key-value pairs are its parameters.
