Our comprehensive accessible document design process takes into consideration WCAG and PDF/UA (the gold standard for accessible documents) and any additional accessibility requirements you may have.
We start by designing and refining the design. We then lay out the content accessibly in Adobe InDesign, creating any accessible infographics, tables and forms as needed.
Once you approve the final proof, we perform automated and manual checks, including but not limited to screen reader testing, keyboard testing and other tests, delivering an accessible PDF and optional InDesign files.
