1. Who We Are

Healthtech Capital LLC ("we", "us"), doing business as GPU-Bridge, is a Wyoming LLC operating a GPU compute API service from Ashburn, Virginia, USA. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: Email address provided at registration.
API key: Generated at registration, stored as a cryptographic hash (HMAC-SHA256). The plaintext key is shown only once at creation.
Transaction data: Credit purchases, job costs, timestamps, and Stripe transaction IDs.
Job metadata: Job IDs, status, GPU type, duration, cost. Job inputs and outputs are retained for 72 hours for debugging and support, then automatically purged.
x402 data: Wallet addresses used for x402 payments (for OFAC screening).
Server logs: IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agents for security and rate limiting.

3. How We Use Your Data

Provide and operate the GPU compute service
Process payments and maintain credit balances
OFAC compliance screening (wallet addresses only)
Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
Respond to support inquiries

4. Data We Don't Collect

We do not use cookies or tracking scripts
We do not use analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel)
We do not retain job inputs or outputs beyond 72 hours
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
GPU infrastructure providers: Job payloads are transmitted to third-party GPU providers for execution.
Chainalysis: OFAC sanctions screening for wallet addresses.
Let's Encrypt: TLS certificates.

6. Data Retention

Account and transaction data is retained for as long as your account is active plus 3 years for legal compliance. Server logs are retained for 14 days (logrotate). Job inputs and outputs are automatically purged after 72 hours. Job metadata (IDs, status, cost, timestamps) is retained with transaction data.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at [email protected]. Note that we may retain certain records as required by law.

8. Security

All connections use TLS 1.3. API keys are stored as HMAC-SHA256 hashes (plaintext shown only at creation). We use rate limiting, fail2ban, and firewall rules to protect our infrastructure. Our server runs on dedicated hardware (not shared cloud instances).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on our website.
