2. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice?

- We may notify the affected user so they can submit a counter-notification, if applicable.
- Repeated copyright violations may result in account termination or access restriction.
3. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- Your signature (electronic or physical).

4. GPL and Third-Party Products
All downloadable products on GPLPal are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). If you believe that a GPL-licensed product on our site infringes your copyright, please clearly specify:
- The element that you believe is not covered under GPL.
- Evidence of exclusive ownership of that element.
5. Abuse of the DMCA Process
Filing false or abusive DMCA claims is a violation of the law. We may pursue legal action or block access to individuals or entities found to be abusing the DMCA process.
