Prepared a pappa al pomodoro - Italian tomato and bread soup, made from home grown tomatoes, leftover bread and fresh basil.
I have some chicken legs as well, seasoned with garlic and paprika, roasted atop fresh fingerling potatoes with rosemary.

Indulging my hubris

The other day, during pickup beach doubles volleyball, I served one team off the court. Literally-- we were up 18 points they even scored their first point. After the game, the guy I was targetting because of his poor passing chided me for serving his partner the whole time. I guess there's no accounting for selective memory.
