GoldPal is a gold portfolio tracking platform that allows users to monitor their precious metals holdings, view market data, follow other stackers, and receive AI-powered market intelligence. The Service is provided for informational and tracking purposes only.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old (or 18 with parental consent if under 18)
• Use a valid email address (not disposable/temporary email services)
• Not create multiple accounts or share account access

4. Portfolio Data and Privacy

Your portfolio data is private by default. When you choose to appear on the leaderboard, only your nickname and aggregate portfolio value are displayed. You retain full control over what information is shared publicly through your privacy settings.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

For premium subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the service does not meet expectations

6. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use GoldPal to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Use automated systems or bots without authorization

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The GoldPal platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your portfolio data and any content you submit.

8. Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. We may take action without prior notice in cases of severe violations.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Important: GoldPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Price data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate
• The Service does not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice
• We are not responsible for investment decisions made based on our data
• AI-generated reports and insights are for informational purposes only

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
