[7:37 PM]Foxern: Alright, well. I go by Foxern, and I made Pistol Dust. Pistol Dust is a Weird West meets High Fantasy Tabletop RPG with heavy emphasis on customizability. Pistol Dust forgoes class limitations in exchange for using experience to directly influence Talents, Abilities, and Skills. It has a ton of Talents, which are different special things that your character can do. It’s a 2d12 based system, with a Luck mechanic for crit success and failures. It also has a completely custom made magic system, using a sort of health pool called Lucidity for casting spells, rather than having slots or a mana pool. (done)

[7:38 PM]Peter | Tales from Elsewhere: Hey y’all, my name is Peter and I’ve been playing TTRPGs for about 25 years now. I’ve been tinkering with a game idea for about a decade now, and started to formulate it into a real product during the pandemic. I’ve always been in love with action-horror and westerns, so I decided to make my own weird west TTRPG. Deadlands, which is awesome, just didn’t quite scratch the itch I was going for from a world and mechanics standpoint. So last year, I started a YouTube channel to start sharing with the community my design ideas, my philosophies, and see if I can help others. That community grew quite well, and 1 year after starting that channel I launched a quickstarter for my game, Tales from Elsewhere: Clockworld. TFE is my brand, while Clockworld is the specific setting. The game focuses on math-lite but tactics-heavy systems and eschews Hit Points in favor of an injury system that is reminiscent of BitD and Fate, but not quite either of them. The Threats roster is a big highlight of the book, as I’ve created monsters inspired by 19th century anxieties and issues, like fears of amputation, infection, the Industrial Revolution, and taboos on how we treat the dead. With the injury system, these creatures are quite gruesome to encounter, and can tear the players limb-from-limb. It’s exactly what I wanted from a game! [[done]]

[12:59 PM]Chris Spivey (He/Him): Howdy folks. I’m Chris Spivey, a writer, game developer, publisher, veteran of the United States Army, and CEO of Darker Hue Studios. My most recent self-published work is Haunted West, a Weird West tabletop roleplaying game amplifying the voices of the often overlooked people of history. My groundbreaking and critically acclaimed game Harlem Unbound won several awards. Some of my other contributions can be found in: Dune: Adventures in the Imperium | Vampire: The Masquerade, Chicago By Night 5th Edition | Doctor Who: The Roleplaying Game | CyberPunk Red: Tales of the Red, Hope Reborn and Danger Gal Dossier | Cthulhu Confidential: Corebook and Even Death Can Die | Geist: 2nd Edition | Masks of the Mythos: Masks of Nyarlathotep | and The Call of Cthulhu Starter Set: Deadman Stomp. Haunted West is about hope through struggle. It is a game that amplifies the voices of the often overlooked people of the Old West, the people who have been whitewashed by history. Venture into an alternate history that imagines a post-American Civil War world where Reconstruction flourishes for many years, instead of meeting its abrupt end, and imagine a new reality with greater opportunities for all who inhabit the United States. Step out of your door into the Haunted West. But, beware! It isn’t for the faint of heart. https://www.darkerhuestudios.com/shop/5jzf1ll837tdgeyhcb1csp03d6qpsu
[1:01 PM]makedatanotlore: Howdy! I’m Karl Druid – author of FRONTIER SCUM. Though you may also know me from such adventures as Eat Prey Kill, Graves Left Wanting, CLAMDASH!, or the SCVMBIRTHER character generator (or a bunch of other generators) for MÖRK BORG (and CY_BORG). FRONTIER SCUM is an ENNIE-winning Acid Western fantasy roleplaying game set on the Lost Frontier, where players take on the role of wanted outlaws just trying to make the best of it. It’s rules-lite, quick to play, with a vibes-first design! Yeehaw
