Andrea Tucker is a Celiac Advocate and the Founder of Baltimore Gluten Free, an online and in-person gluten-free community for those in Baltimore and beyond. She is the founder of Gluten-Free College 101 that helps parents of gluten-free teens find safe colleges where they can thrive. Andrea is the host of a daily briefcast: The Gluten Free News, a mix of news, research, products, dining, and events for the gluten-free community. Additionally, she leads two dynamic support groups: Cel-Kids which is an activity-based support group for kids living with celiac disease and their families, and the Baltimore Gluten Free Meet Up Group, a social group for adults.

Erica Dermer is a well-known digestive health expert, blogger, and influencer who blogs regularly at Celiac and the Beast. She’s known for her work covering the trade show floor, searching for the best gluten-free products and celiac disease research. Jennifer Fitzpatrick is a gluten-free food/travel blogger and consultant who shares gluten-free recipes, guides, and tips to help others eat well and explore with confidence. Sheryl Harpel is the founder of Gluten Free Friends, a grassroots advocacy group fighting to make college dining safe and inclusive for students with food restrictions. On the gfreefriends.com platform, students share how well their colleges meet their dietary needs to inform prospective students and push schools to improve. Sheryl collaborates with food allergy and celiac organizations to encourage more college students to add their voice. Gluten Free Friends also provides original and curated college news and runs a student advocacy program. Sheryl originally started Gluten Free Friends in 2008 as a New Jersey celiac support group when five members of her family, including her two children, were diagnosed with celiac.
Amy Levine Cohen is a gluten-free foodie and mindbodygreen Functional Nutrition Expert. She is also a passionate gluten-free advocate, laying the groundwork with GIG to relaunch the Chef to Plate (CTP) program. Living with celiac disease since 1981 and eating gluten-free long before it was “trendy”, Erin Smith has a unique perspective growing up in the gluten-free community. Erin launched her first blog, Gluten-Free Fun in 2007. In 2011, she founded Gluten-Free Globetrotter, a website that provides information about eating gluten-free and traveling with celiac disease around the globe. Erin has been an organizer of the NYC Celiac Disease Meetup group, a social community of more than 2,500 members since 2005. She also founded the Santa Cruz Celiacs while living in California. Erin currently resides in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and son.
