Q:  I just have a teaching account, should there be a management account in each school? 

A:  Yes, there should be.  If you are not sure if you have one, or who it is, please contact your Glow Key Contact who can find out for you.   

Q:  When changing password for lower stages we use very simple password, is it OK not to make student change password on their next log in 

A:  Yes, this is possible, there is a check box when you are changing the password on their behalf which forces them to do this at next login with their new password. Password guidance is available on Glow Connect, our public facing website: Password Guidance – Glow Connect

Q:  I’m a new admin, can I disable the old admin who has left our organisation now? 

A: A Super Admin will be able to remove the legacy Admin.  If you are not sure if you have one, or who it is, please contact your Glow Key Contact who can find out for you.   

Q:  How do I get myself upgraded to a Super Admin? 

A:   A Super Admin has permissions to do that for you.  If you are not sure if you have one, or who it is, please contact your Glow Key Contact who can find out for you.
