Start by building your event space in Glisser. Create a new event, choose a template, add your sessions, and apply your brand colors, logos, and backgrounds so everything looks consistent. Import your slide deck (including PowerPoint files) and map out the run of show. Set up your waiting area so attendees can arrive early, browse session info, and chat with others. Add registration fields and badge rules if you’re checking people in onsite. Invite sponsors, upload their assets, and assign placements that appear in the lobby, within sessions, or alongside polls. If you’re running a series, duplicate your setup to keep formats and settings aligned across events.

When it’s time to go live, open the presenter view and start your broadcast or screen share. Share the short link or QR code so participants can join on any device without downloading an app. As you advance your slides, they sync to everyone’s screens instantly. Use the Q&A console to approve or hide questions, merge duplicates, and pin what you want the speaker to address first. Attendees can like questions they care about, helping you prioritize in real time. Prepare polls in advance or drop one into the flow when you need a quick read. Add timers, reveal results on the main screen, and export the full response set afterward.
