Extract the zipped file and upload the folder ut-insert-title to /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

It works well as of 6th July 2019. However, it places the author’s link asking for a donation on every admin page on your website. If it didn’t do that I would have probably made a donation. As it is, I find it so annoying that I’m going to remove it.
