We’re excited to announce the admin screen refresh – a modern redesign of the admin experience that makes fundraising management simpler, faster, and more insightful.

For over 10 years, our admin screens have served fundraisers well. However, they became cluttered and unintuitive over time, especially for new users. With this refresh, we’re introducing a cleaner design with smarter features and laying the foundation for future enhancements.

Admin screens are now:

• Streamlined for new fundraisers: First-time users can confidently set up and manage campaigns.
• Oriented towards actionable insights: Key donor, donation, and subscription data is easier to find and understand.
• Ready for the future: The technical refactoring opens the door for new high-value features.

What’s New

This update is being released in phases, with each set of admin screens receiving a complete redesign and new functionality. You’ll notice clearer layouts, easier navigation, and new features designed to give you the insights you need without the clutter.

Here’s what’s available now, and what’s coming soon.

Donor Details

The donor profile is now organized into tabs for a cleaner, more intuitive view.

• Donor Stats: Easily find lifetime giving, the highest donation, and the average donation.
• Contributions Chart: Visualize giving trends over time.
• Quick Email Button: Contact donors directly from the dashboard.

Planned updates include generosity levels, donor tags, a contributions tab, and a detailed activity timeline.

Donation Details

Donations are now easier to review and manage.

• Donation Stats: View amount, event ticket totals, and fees recovered.
• Trash Action: Soft-delete donations without removing them permanently.

Planned updates include admin-side currency display and expanded add-on data.

Subscription Details

Recurring donations are simpler to manage with redesigned subscription views.

• Subscription Stats: Track total contributions and completed payments.
• Projected Annual Value: See the estimated yearly impact at a glance.

Planned updates include status changes, expanded records, and the ability to identify failed renewals and take action quickly.

Coming Soon: List Views

Donors, donations, and subscription lists are getting a facelift for easier navigation!

• Stat Cards: View aggregated data like total donors, active subscriptions, and recurring donations.
• Time Frame Filter: Choose preset ranges (7, 30, 60 days, etc.)
• Campaign Filter: Focus on specific campaigns to see related donors and donations.

Planned updates included expanded filters such as donor type, donor lifecycle, payment type, and subscription status.

What About Legacy Screens?

Legacy screens remain accessible during the transition. This allows you to complete less common tasks until all essential features are available in the new design. Once the transition is complete, the legacy screens will be retired to ensure a faster, more consistent admin experience.

In other words, the screens you already know and use aren’t going anywhere just yet — you’ll still have access to them until the new design is fully ready.
