Future: Prepare the code generator for PHP7 (PHPNG)

A some time in future the wxPHP code generator has to be modified in order to generate code compatible with the improved PHP ZendEngine which is been modified to support JIT by using LLVM, also the engine interfaces (zvals, etc...) are being refactored to optimize them and improve overall performance and memory consumption. This changes will affect extensions. Here some links to follow up:
