this could be useful for example to see forks of projects of a developer if the developer ragequit and deleted all his repos

Replying to an old issue here (I was just made a maintainer a few months ago and I just realized that I haven't looked at any of the issues from before a year ago). I'm not certain if the GitHub API would allow the display of repos that are deleted. How do you envision this new condition "forked from a repository owned by" in the user interface?
