undefined method `all_settings' on Middleman Config

If I go to http://localhost:4567/__middleman/config/ I'm getting an error:

NoMethodError at /__middleman/config/
undefined method `all_settings' for #<Middleman::Imageoptim::Options:0x007f97ebd48688>
